The Broadway School app keeps your enquiry draft on your device until you choose to send it. No accounts, no tracking, no student profiles — just a form that waits for you to hit send.
This Privacy Policy applies to The Broadway School Android application. The developer contact is info@thebroadwayschool.site.
The optional admission enquiry form may contain a parent or guardian name, student name, requested grade, email address, phone number, and message. The app does not automatically upload this information.
When you choose "Save draft" or "Send enquiry," the current enquiry draft is stored in Android SharedPreferences on your device.
It remains there until you edit it, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. No passwords, payment details, or authentication tokens are stored.
"Send enquiry" and contact actions open an external email application using an Android intent. You review and send the message yourself. The external email provider processes the message under its own privacy terms.
Opening the school website, map, or telephone dialler similarly transfers control to the relevant external application.
This version does not use Firebase, analytics, advertising SDKs, authentication, user accounts, cloud storage, a custom backend, payment processing, precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, or media-library access.
The app requests no runtime permissions.
The app bundles licensed representative education photographs locally. They are not claimed as official photographs of The Broadway School.
Public school information should be confirmed with the school, because programmes, contacts, and admission arrangements may change.
The app is intended for parents and guardians seeking school information. It does not create student profiles or knowingly collect children's information through an online service.
Adults should avoid entering sensitive or unnecessary personal information in an enquiry draft.
Local app data is protected by Android's application sandbox, subject to the security of your device.
You can remove the saved draft by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.
This policy may be updated when app features change. A revised policy should state a new effective date and accurately describe any new data practice before release.
